Terms of service
Last updated 8 November 2026
These terms cover your use of AskWyse at askwyse.com, its MCP server and its tracking script. AskWyse is run by Dennis Kortsch in Norway. By creating an account, you agree to them. Questions go to support@askwyse.com.
Price
AskWyse is free while it’s in early access. If we start charging, we’ll email you at least 30 days before, and nothing you haven’t agreed to will be charged.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including what agents you connect to AskWyse do with it.
Your data
The analytics your apps send and the payments you import are yours. We use them only to provide AskWyse to you, as our privacy policy describes. For your app’s visitors and users, you’re the controller and we process their data on your behalf. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.
What you agree to
- Add AskWyse only to apps you own or are allowed to change, and send data only from them.
- Tell your users about analytics and ask for consent where the law requires it.
- Don’t send emails, names, phone numbers, addresses, passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal data in events, properties or traits.
- Don’t overload, probe or attack AskWyse, and don’t use it for anything illegal.
Stripe
Connecting Stripe is optional. AskWyse gets read-only access to payments, refunds and Checkout Sessions and never changes anything in your Stripe account. Disconnect it in AskWyse or remove the app in Stripe at any time.
Availability and changes
AskWyse is in early access. We work to keep it running and its numbers right, but it may have outages, bugs or features that change. We may change or end the service. Before we end it, we’ll email you at least 30 days ahead so you can export your data.
Ending your account
You can stop using AskWyse at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we can.
No warranty and limited liability
AskWyse is provided as is, without warranties. Its analyses and recommendations are evidence to help you decide, not guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Law
Norwegian law governs these terms, and Norwegian courts decide disputes, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to court there.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and its date. We’ll email you at least 30 days before a change that affects your rights.
